Meet Amy Zukoff, LMT
Amy is a New York State licensed massage therapist who earned her A.A.S. from Trocaire College's Medical Massage Program in 2009, and is certified in Thai Yoga Massage.
Her path into massage therapy began after a spinal injury in the seventh grade. Professional massage significantly reduced her chronic back pain — a personal experience that shapes the way she works today. As Amy puts it, "Massage is a powerful tool in reaching homeostasis, balance, and ease."
Western Massage
Every session begins with a short consultation. Treatments take place in artistically furnished rooms and make use of a BioMat healing device and a nourishing skin blend of beeswax and coconut oil.
Amy emphasizes open communication, customizing each session — from full-body relaxation to targeted stress and pain relief — around what your body needs. Afterward, she shares self-care recommendations and guidance on scheduling your next visit.
Eastern Massage — Thai Yoga
Often described as "yoga for lazy people," Thai Yoga Massage focuses on joint mobility and assisted stretching while you remain fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat.
Amy guides you through a sequence of gentle stretches designed to improve flexibility, ease stiffness, and release energy blockages — leaving you longer, looser, and more at ease.
